Data Files

Grids

Below are some grid files which may be used together with the BEM examples. You may also use grids supplied in PLY, SurfaceMesh, GMSHv2 or the original HLIB format (please note, that HLIBpro now has grid generation features).

  • Sphere (1199 vertices, 2394 triangles)
  • Cube (1538 vertices, 3072 triangles)

Matrices

The matrices below are examples for the sparsealg examples. They correspond to a convection-diffusion problem with circular convection. Sparse matrices in Matlab, MatrixMarket, Harwell/Boeing or SAMG format may also be used. For more examples, please refer to the UF Sparse Matrix Collection.

  • mat2d (2D Problem, 3969 unknowns)
  • mat3d (3D Problem, 3375 unknowns)

Loglikelihood Data Set

An example data set for the loglikelihood example can be downloaded here.
